A leading specialist Roofing contractor are looking to recruit a Buyer to work from their office in Redditch,WorcestershireThis is an exciting time for a Buyer to join a successful team.The role:Sourcing and Procurement:Identifying and selecting suppliers for roofing and cladding materials, equipment, and services.Negotiation:Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable contractsCost Management:Analyzing and managing project costs, including material costs, labor costs, and subcontractor costs. Inventory Management:Managing inventory levels to ensure that materials are available when needed, while minimizing waste and storage costs.Contract Negotiation:Reviewing and negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements and legal regulations.Supplier Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain. Market Research:Staying informed about market trends, new products, and technologies in the roofing and cladding industry.
