The role: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK, including PE backed, UK listed and privately owned businesses Deliver high-quality advice on various aspects of corporate tax, including tax planning, compliance, reorganisations and legal structure Prepare and review complex corporate tax returns Support senior management in business development initiatives Mentor and support junior team members to help them grow professionally What you'll need to succeed : ACA, CTA, ACCA Experience managing a corporate tax portfolio Strong interpersonal skills Proactive in identifying business opportunities.
