This role involves WMS implementation, RFID, barcoding, and robotics , working closely with vendors, automation specialists, and operational teams to ensure a fully functional, high-efficiency warehouse. What You’ll Need ✔ 8 years’ project management experience , ideally in logistics, warehousing, retail, or manufacturing . ✔ PRINCE2 certification and a track record of delivering complex automation or system integration projects . ✔ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) — Blue Yonder would be advantageous . ✔ Knowledge of IoT, RFID, barcode tracking, conveyor systems, and robotics (AMRs/ASRS) . ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to drive change adoption .
