Position Summary The Customer Development Coordinator (CDC) is responsible for administrative activities related to assigned clients. The CDC works closely with Business Managers, Account contacts and other support personnel. The CDC's main responsibilities include maintenance of accurate customer plans, manage price files including list and deal pricing, and promotion forms management; s/he assists with performing administrative activities, and facilitates problem resolution by maintaining communication and serving as a liaison to Business Managers, customer service personnel, and other support staff. Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromotions Forms Management: maintains an efficient forms management process through consistent application and training. Develops accurate and timely promotional materials by inputting client information in order to create a promotional calendar. Maintains promotional materials through tracking vehicles (i.e. spreadsheets, sample inventories, quotes, and bonus tracking). Ensures accurate and timely communication of promotions by maintaining updated distribution lists.Working in customer financial software systems for forecasting and promotional input.Administrative: supports and resolves administrative activities by maintaining communication flow and serving as a liaison to Business Managers Client and Customer Interaction: understanding and communication of policies and procedures Manages the claims, deductions, and reconciliation processes by meeting client and customer expectations through maintaining accurate recordsCollections: assists Business Development Managers with repayments and receivablesJob Requirements Minimum Qualifications Education Level: (Required): High School diploma or equivalent 1-3 years applicable work experience preferably in consumer packaged goods Skills, Knowledge and AbilitiesAbility to work in a fast paced environment while serving as a liaison to departments heads, managers, associates, Clients and Customers.Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly computer literate with a proficiency in Computer Software to include: MS Windows, Spreadsheet (Excel), Word-processing (Word), and advanced presentation application software (PowerPoint). SAP, Siebel, Adesso, Retail LinkAbility to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with minimum supervision.Must have strong organizational skills.Mathematical and analytical skills needed. Other Requirements Strong understanding and utilization of proper safety techniques and correct use of equipment when appropriate. Physical Demands Never (0% of shift): Crawl and/or climb, kneel, push, pull work on unprotected heights, operate mechanical machinery, be exposed to marked changes in temperature and humidity, be exposed to harmful fumes and/or other pollutants, and use feet and/or legs for repetitive motion. Occasionally (up to 33% of time): Stand, walk, bend and/or stoop, use hands and/or arms for simple grasping and lift and/or carry up to ten pounds (sedentary level).
