We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and act as the first point of contact for customers. In this vital role, you will handle client inquiries, process orders and quotations, and support internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:First point of contact for customers, providing professional and attentive service to address their needs via phone and email.Respond to and manage incoming phone calls from both customers and colleagues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries.Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to reply to customer and colleague emails, providing timely and accurate information.Accurately process customer orders and manage order-related communications, including confirming details and addressing queries.Prepare and process customer quotations while supporting the Sales Team to ensure seamless communication with clients.Maintain and update customer information with precision to ensure records are always accurate and up to date.Share relevant information with other departments as needed to facilitate efficient operations.Assist with additional responsibilities and operational tasks as requiredQualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
