Position: Bilingual and Unilingual Collections SpecialistLocation: RemoteOur client is seeking 3 Collections Specialists for a temporary assignment.Bilingual and Unilingual openings available.This Client Collection Specialist, will focus on managing and recovering outstanding client payments. They manage client accounts, track overdue balances, and conduct collections activities, including contacting clients. This role ensures timely payment of client invoices and maintains good client relationships. You are providing a white glove collection service. Key Responsibilities:- Managing Client Accounts:- Tracking outstanding balances, monitoring payment deadlines, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. - Collections Activities- Making outbound calls to clients, following up on overdue invoices, and potentially engaging in inbound call handling. - Communication and Relationship Management:- Communicating with clients regarding payment status, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive client relationships. - Compliance:- Adhering to our clients policies and procedures for collections and financial managementRequirements:- Must have B2B collections experience- 2 years experience as a collections specialist for a professional services company (not collection agency experience)- Bilingual - must have fluent French and English written and verbal skills- Unilingual - must have fluent English written and verbal skills- An asset would be experience with Excel and or PowerBI building reports - Must be able to start immediately and available to work full time hours till end of September 2025- Must be able to pass a criminal check and provide 2 past work references of managers and supervisors.To apply, please send your resume to Michele Knezaurek at michele.knezaurekquantum.ca.REFER AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD For more details, click here.
