Staff Accountant

This person will handle month-end close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, budget assistance, reporting, and analysis. We are looking for someone who has experience in the manufacturing industry and thrives in a collaborative, detail-focused environment.Responsibilities:Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with GAAP and manufacturing accounting standards.Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements and resolve discrepancies.Participate in budget preparation and assist with annual forecasting efforts.Generate financial reports and support leadership with insightful analysis to inform decision-making.Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and systems, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and ERP system maintenance.Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to address business queries.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Pursuing a CPA or equivalent certification preferred (but not required).4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of GAAP and industry-specific accounting practices.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) required.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience assisting with budgeting, reporting, and analysis is highly desirable.Why Join Us?Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking organization that values your contributions.Make an impact in a global industry that drives innovation and progress.To apply, please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience and accomplishments.
