Reporting to the Operations Manager, your tasks will be to: - Take care of client invoicing - Enter accounts payable - Drawing up advances - Managing accounts receivable - Application of payments - Be responsible for the department's telephony - Other related tasksWhat we're looking for: - Good attention to detail - Good written and spoken French - Be courteous with customers and provide good customer service - Represent the office well What we offer: - An atmosphere worthy of a law firm - Flexible hours - An RRSP contribution of up to 3.5% from the employer - Full group insurance
