The EMR Analyst is a dynamic team player within the Information Technology department, partnering with branch users to advance Bayshore's business objectives through technology. This role focuses on implementing IT applications to enhance client care, customer service, efficiency, quality, and resource utilization Key Duties And Responsibilities Problem Resolution: Identify, research, replicate, and resolve application problems. Issue Tracking: Track, document, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution User Administration: Perform user account administration. System Configuration: Make changes and implement system configurations. Reporting: Create and maintain reports as required by users. Lifecycle Management: Lead system lifecycle processes for mobile application solutions, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing/validation. Support: Support UAT testing and promotion to the Production environment. Process Improvement: Conduct ongoing reviews of functional specifications and processes, providing recommendations for improvements. Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with cross-functional team members, vendors, and key stakeholders. Education: Participate in ongoing internal and external continuing education activities. Policy Adherence: Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in line with the company's Quality Management System. Health & Safety: Engage in proactive Health & Safety activities and report any risks or concerns to the immediate Supervisor. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information, discussing it only with appropriate Bayshore personnel. Other Tasks: Complete other tasks as requested. Work Location : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ON Hybrid – At least 2 days onsite weekly Education Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. College or University Graduate in a relevant program (e.g., diploma or degree in Computer Science/Information Systems. Experience Experience working with SaaS or Vendor Provided Software. Experience with Service Desk Tools, Incident/Problem Management. Ability to document and understand business processes to find efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement. Systems application analysis and programming, preferably in the healthcare environment. Minimum of 3 years of work experience. Primary Location ON-Mississauga
