Position: Bilingual Commercial Sales CoordinatorLocation: Ottawa-Gatineau RegionCompensation: $16 to $24 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime, with one evening shift per week and one weekend out of two (Tuesday and one additional day off when working weekends)Benefits: Competitive compensation, group insurance, RRSP contributions, employee discounts, and moreAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and Bilingual Commercial Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and customer service support to the commercial sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves handling administrative processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients.Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the commercial sales and customer service team.- Manage and update project registries, customer databases, and program customer privileges.- Maintain and archive documents for estimates, contracts, and follow-ups.- Ensure quality customer service by following organizational standards.- Coordinate with contractors for ongoing projects and collect customer feedback.- Assist inside sales representatives with administrative tasks, quotes, and material lists.- Stay updated on company products, pricing, and market trends.- Communicate with management and foremen to ensure timely inventory availability.- Support commercial clients with inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.Desired Profile & Skills:- Education & Experience: Minimum of 3/5 proficiency in both French and English, 5 years of experience required to qualify for the top pay tier.- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction industry and an understanding of market trends.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Ogasis is an asset.- Sales & Administrative Skills: Ability to generate quotes, maintain material lists, and manage follow-ups.- Personal Attributes: Autonomous, professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized.- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware materials, finishing products, and construction materials is an asset.Schedule & Work Environment:- Monday to Friday, with one evening shift per week.- One weekend shift every two weeks (with Tuesday and an additional day off when working weekends).- Store hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 9 PM (specific schedule to be determined).What We Offer:- Competitive hourly wage ($16 - $24/hour based on experience).- Paid leave for birthdays and personal days.- Modular group insurance plan (including dental and vision), with a 50/50 employer-employee contribution.- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Telemedicine services.- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with employer contributions.- Comprehensive training program and career advancement opportunities.- Social activities and team-building events.- 20% employee discount at all company locations and other exclusive discounts.- Work clothing provided.- Holiday Closures: Office closed a few days during holidays Please send your resume in Word format to Tanveer Sodhi at Tanveer.Sodhiquantum.ca.
