Our Vision Provide a remarkable experience for our PEOPLE and our partner! Responsibilities Control all finances supporting and reporting directly to the Director of the Software Development area. Manage labor costs from team members across different geographies (BR, US, IN) and contractors. Consolidate monthly P&L reports for various projects. Collaborate with team members from three different regions to validate timesheet reports and expenses. Update daily finance control tools with actuals and forecasts. Must have Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken — to interact daily with teams in Brazil, the US, and India. Strong data organization and structuring skills. Proficiency in Power Query . Experience creating dashboards and visual reports . Strong command of LOOKUP functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP). Ability to build and audit complex formulas and financial calculations . Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Advanced knowledge in finance and cost control. Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand internal processes. Proactive approach to improving financial controls and processes within the Software Development area. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple reports and collaborating across teams. Ability to manage multiple cost centers and project codes simultaneously. Good to have PowerBI skills.
