Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, face to face, via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and resolving any issues or concerns Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products Contribute to the development of customer service processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and trends to help drive business growth Some heavy lifting - assisting customers with orders or collecting goods from the warehouse4/shop floor. Qualifications: 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or wholesale setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction Knowledge of POS systems Knowledge of cleaning supplies or related products is a plus.
