Customer and Visitor Experience Traineeship

This Full-time 12-month Traineeship will enable you to explore different pathways, gain credible experience, build connections, make friends, and achieve an industry specific Certificate III in Business qualification, all while getting paid! Bass Coast Shire Council is partnering with Group Training Organisation Westvic, to provide this exciting Traineeship, for 2025. As a Trainee, you will experience real-life work scenarios in the Customer and Visitor Services team. There will be exciting projects, exposure to systems and processes and real customers and community members to assist. This role provides an opportunity to engage with the community face-to-face at front reception and over the phone with our Customer Service team. Learn to resolve queries firsthand and connect callers with different teams throughout the organisation. This traineeship will see you working across all of our sites including Wonthaggi, Inverloch, Cowes, Newhaven and Grantville.
