Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role Barilla Bay Tasmania is seeking a friendly and customer-focused person to join our team on a casual/part time basis approx 10-20 hours in our Restaurant as a front of House Food & Beverage Attendant. What you'll be doing Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring prompt and accurate service Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages Restocking Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries Assisting with general housekeeping duties to keep the front-of-house areas clean and well-presented What we're looking for Previous experience in a front of house hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service Good time management and the ability to work well under pressure during busy periods A desire to provide an exceptional customer experience Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification Immediate start with full availability over Easter, Christmas, public holidays & weekends.
