Multi Drop Delivery Driver

The Produce Wholesaler is a market leader in the wholesale produce industry based in Coolum on the Sunshine Coast Qld. You would become a member of our team who would work towards supplying Quality Fruit and Vegetables to Chefs all over the Sunshine Coast. We run a 24-7 operation and as such we are looking for candidates that have flexibility to work any early morning, any day of the week. This position would suit someone that likes to get their days work over and done with early in the morning and have the rest of the day to themselves. The Driver position involves: This position involves working in a cold room picking and packing fruit and vegetable orders for Chefs around the Sunshine Coast. Loading & unloading trucks. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Delivering of fruit and vegetables as required to suppliers and customers - up to 40 multi-stops a day with early morning starts. Loading & unloading of freight Processing delivery documentation via phone app. Seven day shift opportunity. Previous Experience in Warehousing including picking/packing, loading/unloading and inventory control is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills. Well-presented and punctual. Excellent communication skills. Critical aspects of the job include: Ability to lift up to 20kg multiple times a shift. Willingness to work early mornings or evenings. Shifts start from 3.30 AM. An extensive knowledge and a love for Fruit and Veg High level of speed and accuracy. Be willing and able to perform manual tasks including light lifting. Be able to work as part of team or autonomously Enjoy meeting hourly performance deadlines Ability to prioritise tasks and skilled in time management Current licence and own transportation Whilst not essential the position is suited to people with experience in a diverse range of fresh produce.
