Renovation Supervisor for Kitchens and Bathrooms

About The Role: We are seeking a highly accomplished Site Supervisor to join our team due to company growth. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with relevant experience who can oversee various projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities will include conducting site visits, liaising with tradespeople and subcontractors, meeting with clients, and assisting with manual labor when needed. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
