About the Role: We are seeking a counter-based Service Scheduler to join our team in Gympie, scheduling our technicians to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers. This is a crucial role in scheduling our service team while providing assistance to our sales department. In this position, we are looking for someone who is a team player to work closely with the members of our service department, has the ability to work well under pressure and enjoys the challenge that a busy service department can bring. Key Responsibilities include: Liaising directly with Customers, maintaining excellent customer service and building of relationships with a strong focus on communication and portal management. Scheduling and Coordinating of Technicians daily, issuing and prioritising work through our JIM2 system. Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Management of all aspects for each job from the creation to invoicing. Be a team player who is willing to work in with others to achieve the best overall outcomes. Skills and Experience: We're seeking a motivated individual with: Proven ability to Schedule tradesman and complete the required administration of processing a job. Strong communication and writing skills. Confident computer skills. A friendly demeanor that will complement our existing team Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential A passion for the agricultural and irrigation sector.
