The Role We are looking for an energetic, driven and hands on Assistant Store Manage r to work at our Ralph Lauren store in Sunshine Plaza . As the Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible working with the Store Manager to drive sales, motivate your team, while looking for opportunities to further grow your business. Responsibilities Supporting the Store Manager to manage the sales team to maximise sales and profit performance Motivate the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
