The Position: Our dynamic conveyancing team, includes administration staff and paralegals overseen by our Directors. Full training will be provided, and your responsibilities will include: Receiving contracts for the sale and purchase of residential properties Opening client matters Data entry Assisting with reception and switchboard operation General administration duties Banking and deliveries Supporting our conveyancing paralegals with various conveyancing related administrative tasks In this role, you'll gain valuable experience as you begin to understand the world of conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of residential land, units, and houses. This position is the ideal initial step to grow into a conveyancing paralegal through our training program. The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our friendly team. You should possess the following qualifications and skills: Above-average literacy and numeracy skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills Great communication The ability to think on your feet Accurate word processing skills (minimum 40 words per minute) The ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines This role is suitable for individuals with prior work experience in retail, administration, and/or customer service.
