Job Description
· Full Time hours between 8am and 4.15pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday · Staff Discounts · Great opportunity for a Traineeship · On the job training The role As the Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your Key Responsibilities include: · Greet and assist customers · Processing orders · Assisting with picking stock · Processing payments · Data Entry · Invoicing · Reconciliation of payments end of day · Rotation and stocking of shelves · Scanning of stock · Housekeeping · General Office duties as required What we are looking for: • A team player who can also work independently • A friendly positive person with a can do attitude • A willingness to learn and to go the extra mile • Attention to detail • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to connect with people.
