Front of House Staff

Hotel Trentham is an icon regional country pub, located in the heart of the beautiful township of Trentham, which is just an hour from Melbourne. Our facilities include a 100 seat Bistro with a Wine Room, Public & Sports Bar, and a 200 seat Beer Garden with a dedicated Outdoor Bar. We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, and the 1 dining choice for locals & tourists alike. Hotel Trentham is looking to expand its Front Of House team, which includes a requirement for Full Time / Part Time / Casual & Supervisor roles. The successful applicant must have experience, have exceptional customer service skills, have good attention to detail, be adaptable across the different parts of our business, want to be part of a busy team, and be able to work under pressure (it gets very busy at times!) in a fast paced & friendly environment.
