Maintenance Planner

Come and Join the Team at Mackay Sugar Maintenance Planner About the opportunity Mackay Sugar has opportunities for a Maintenance Planner role. Reporting directly to the Group Planning Co-Ordinator, you will be a key member of the Central Planning Group and be responsible for driving the efficient execution of maintenance work and utilization of trade groups. This will be delivered through scoped maintenance work plans, materials, schedules and accurate SAP Master Data. You will be a person that is comfortable working in a continuous improvement, team-oriented environment, driven by systems and process discipline. We want people who: Bring a positive attitude and thrive in team settings Are passionate about learning, improving and making a difference Relevant industry experience in a similar role; Intermediate MS Office and computer literacy skills; Previous SAP experience preferred. Experience with additional software such as Prometheus desirable but not essential Asset Managment qualifications desirable but not essential. Focus on internal customer service. Develop accurate work scopes and orders in SAP, ensuring safety compliance. Build work order packages and ensure availability of necessary parts. Review and forecast budget work orders, maintain outstanding work and purchase requisitions. Participate in inspections, audits, and provide input in meetings. Challenge costs, update plans and costs for accuracy, and highlight quality issues.
