Front of House Staff

Location: Omari Bendigo – Bendigo Botanic Gardens, VIC Employment Type: Casual Pay Rate: Award rates - About the Role: We’re looking for friendly, energetic and experienced Waitstaff to join our casual FOH team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume venue. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and seating customers warmly Taking orders and delivering food and drinks efficiently Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area Assisting with event service when required Handling basic customer inquiries and concerns Working well with the broader team across both FOH and kitchen What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue A can-do attitude with great customer service skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work weekends and peak periods RSA (or willing to obtain) Bonus Points For: Experience in café service or functions/events Familiarity with POS systems and running tables A love for coffee, food, and all things local!
