Job Description As a Reservations Agent, you will play a key role in driving hotel performance and creating memorable experiences for every guest. In this role, you’ll leverage your sales expertise and dedication to exceptional service to maximize occupancy and rates, all while ensuring guests feel valued and well cared for. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling, enhancing guest experiences and optimizing hotel performance. Respond to phone calls and emails with professionalism, offering personalized and efficient service. Accurately process guest reservations and input details with meticulous attention to detail. Address guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring positive outcomes. Regularly monitor rates and promotions to capitalize on maximum sales opportunities.
