Location: South Ripley Position: Administration Officer Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (4-Days per Week) About you: With strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting early childhood education, you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. About the role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Administration Officer .The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children and staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, experience in a similar Administrative role , and a genuine love for Early Childhood Education. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Assist in managing administrative tasks. Manage front desk operations, including greeting families and visitors. Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of children and enrolments. Assist with enrolment processes, including paperwork and compliance checks. Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions as required. Ensure compliance with early childhood regulations and licensing requirements. Order and manage office and centre supplies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Provide general administrative support to the Centre Director and team. You will possess: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an early childhood, education, or similar setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of early childhood regulations and compliance (desirable but not essential). Experience handling enrolments, invoices, and general office duties. A friendly and professional demeanour with strong customer service skills.
