Casual Kennel Attendant

About the role Lochinvar Pet Motel is seeking a Casual Kennel Attendant to join our team at our pet boarding facility in Lochinvar, NSW. As a Casual Kennel Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of all our guests. What you'll be doing Providing daily care and supervision for boarding animals, including feeding, walking, grooming, and cleaning kennels and suites. Monitoring the health and behavior of all pets in our care and reporting any concerns Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kennel and exercise areas Assisting with the reception of duties, including answering phones, check-in and check-out procedures Providing excellent customer service to pet owners What we're looking for Previous experience working with dogs, either in a kennel, shelter, or veterinary setting A genuine love and compassion for animals Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and protocols Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-service oriented approach Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays Comfortable working and handling large dogs.
