About the role As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our Long-Life trailers, spare parts, and contribute to the growth of our trailer hire services. In addition to sales, you will also assist with some administrative tasks, such as data entry, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our systems. Some warehouse duties will also be involved which may include packing and shipping. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and advice on trailers, spare parts, and trailer hire services Assist in the promotion and growth of our trailer hire service by identifying opportunities and building relationships with customers Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, inventory management, and processing customer orders Assist the warehouse team with packing and shipping Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences Skills and Qualifications Previous retail or sales experience Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic administrative skills, including data entry and use of office software A positive, can-do attitude Willingness to learn Forklift licence and the ability to tow a trailer is highly desirable What We Offer A supportive work environment Competitive salary Possible training and development opportunities If you think this job is right for you - apply today to join HenCo Group and be part of our exciting growth journey!
