About the role Carne Grill Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. This full-time position is based in our Port Douglas office, Queensland. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our premium restaurant and catering products. What you'll be doing Proactively identifying and qualifying new lead generation opportunities within the local and regional market Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to convert prospective clients into long-term customers Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and secure referrals and build a network of re sellers Preparing and running product demonstrations for prospects Supporting distributors Providing regular sales forecasts, activity reports and performance analysis to the leadership team Identifying new market trends and competitive insights to inform the company's strategic sales initiatives What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' proven track record in sales and/or business development, ideally within the hospitality or food services industry Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales/prospecting tools to drive lead generation and pipeline management Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities and market conditions What we offer At Carne Grill, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
