Margaret River Optical is looking for a highly motivated, reliable, customer focused individual, preferably with a customer service background within the retail environment to make a positive impact in our store. We’re looking for passionate and driven individuals who are: Confident, articulate, and team-oriented. Experience in sales and customer service, or willing to learn, with an ability to deliver exceptional experiences. Warm, bubbly, and professional in their interactions with customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized advice and assistance to customers in selecting eyewear. General day to day tasks include unpacking and sorting deliveries, measuring spectacles, cleaning, stock entry, patient personalised measurements and pre testing, using the latest technology in equipment. Scheduling a variety of appointments accordingly. Build product knowledge to educate customers about lenses, frames, and optical solutions. Contribute to a polished, organized, and inviting store environment.
