The Role: Peard Real Estate Karratha is currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Property Management team. This dynamic role will involve property inspections, managing reception duties, and supporting administration tasks as required. The successful candidate will have access to a company car for work-related tasks during working hours. About You: We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to work independently. You should be able to prioritise your tasks to maintain high standards of work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is preferred, and while a property management registration is desirable, it is not a requirement for this position. If you are ready to take on a varied and rewarding role in a well-established real estate team, we would love to hear from you! Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Perform routine, final and ingoing inspections Conduct home opens Manage the diary and schedule appointments Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure smooth operations Manage maintenance requests and suggest improvements Providing excellent customer service and support to owners, tenants and creditors General property management duties as required Maintaining strong rapport with clients and resolving any issues that may arise Complete other duties as directed by the Property Management team The Candidate Valid and Current Property Management Registration is a bonus or willing to obtain Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act 1987 Advantageous Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflict Ability to develop, build and maintain strong client relationships Full "C" class driving license Convenient hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) or school hours for the right person
