Administration / Reception Role

This exciting new role gives you the space to work alone to complete Administrational duties & then applying your high level customer service skills to greet, meet and delight our members, guests and visitors to our Club. You will be supervising the Reception Team to get consistent fantastic results. As a hospitality club we are open later & 7 days a week so your working hours and days will vary throughout the year. Our aim is to strive for perfection in every customer interaction, so we need you to have admin computer skills, basic HR and training knowledge, a thirst for knowledge , a desire to improve yourself & the team around you while always carrying a smile & pleasant ambience when dealing with our members, guests and visitors both on the phone or in person.
