About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Inventory Management Officer to oversee stock control and spare parts management at our Griffith operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure operational efficiency. • Manage inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes to minimise discrepancies. • Coordinate procurement and distribution of spare parts, liaising with suppliers and internal teams. • Utilise MEX software to track inventory, update records, and generate reports. • Identify process improvements to enhance cost-efficiency and stock accuracy. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in stock management. Skills and Experience • Experience in inventory management, stock control, or procurement. • Experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial sectors. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MEX software. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders. Desirable but Not Essential • Qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
