New Home Sales Consultant

Cairns Quality Homes is a reputable, locally-owned new home builder that has supported the Cairns community since 1983 Specialising in first-class new builds and designer homes, the Cairns Quality Homes team is expanding - and we are on the hunt for an experienced and highly-capable New Home Sales Consultant. This well-compensated position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the local community - helping to connect individuals and families with their dream home builds. We're looking for someone who can leverage their sales expertise to promote and sell new residential builds as a key member of the Cairns Quality Homes team. Proven Sales Expertise (Minimum of 1 year sales experience) Excellent presentation, with a friendly and approachable disposition Ability to negotiate and close sales Open to working weekends Home Design and/or Drafting skills are highly regarded (but not essential) Above all, you take pride in providing fantastic customer service. Successful applicants look forward to a generous base salary and sales commission structure and the opportunity for an immediate start. Further training will be provided for applicants with proven sales skills.
