Ski Rental Technician

About the role Snowy Valley Resort is seeking motivated and experienced Ski Rental Technicians to join our team in East Jindabyne, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our customers' skiing and snowboarding experiences by ensuring our rental equipment is in top condition. As a Ski Rental Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and fitting of ski and snowboard equipment. What you'll be doing Inspect, clean, and maintain ski and snowboard equipment to the highest standards Accurately fit customers with the appropriate rental equipment based on their ability and needs Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and guidance on the correct use of equipment Assist with the storage and organisation of rental inventory Collaborate with the rental team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience Identify and report any equipment issues or damage to the General Manager What we're looking for Proven experience as a Ski Rental Technician or in a similar role within the snow sports industry Strong technical knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment, including construction, tuning, and maintenance Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality equipment Physical fitness and the ability to lift and handle heavy equipment Proficiency in the use of ski and snowboard maintenance tools and equipment A passion for winter sports and the ability to work well in a team environment What we offer At Oz Snow Adventures, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
