Youth Coach

Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a lasting impact? YFCC is seeking engaging and dedicated individuals with expertise in Youth and Housing Support Services to help drive positive outcomes for young people. About the Role As a Youth Coach , you will mentor and support young people, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills. Your role will include: ✔ Coaching and facilitating programs ✔ Strengthening family connections where possible ✔ Supporting transitions to stable living arrangements These positions are based at Malana – Youth at Risk Centre in Launceston , a 24/7 temporary accommodation and support service for unaccompanied children and young people aged 12-15. Working collaboratively with community partners, we aim to improve youth wellbeing and provide tailored support.
