Childcare Lead Educator | Corinda Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Lead Educator to work within the team, leading the planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, for all children in our Nursery at Journey Early Learning | Corinda This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times Lead, develop and implement engaging, high-quality educational programs Mentor and support educators to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences. Overseeing and approving centre Storypark posts Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity Provide constructive feedback to educators to promote continuous improvement and a culture of positive change Collaborate with families to ensure each child’s learning journey is supported and enrichd About you: You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines. You will be a collaborative member of the team, working to build strong relationships with Educators, children, and families. Key skills and requirements: An ACECQA recognized Diploma or higher Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates Current Child Protection Training Certificate, or willingness to obtain. Approved working with children Check (state specific) Demonstrated passion for nurturing the next generation of learners Experience in leading curriculum development with a focus on play-based learning and holistic education Strong written communication and literacy skills, with the ability to document and communicate educational progress effectively A collaborative mindset, committed to working as part of a community of learners If you believe you have the skills and experience to be part of our team’s success – apply now!
