Your part in our BlueCare team As a Rostering Officer our main coordinator of base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services, you will be responsible for the following: Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rosters Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
