Junior Medical Administrator

Your duties will include: Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries Confirming appointments SMS Referral reminders Data entry Attending to email and fax correspondence Scanning and filing of referrals and clinic correspondence Booking appointments General administration duties Sending testing reports to referring practitioners Maintaining accurate records for outstanding testing Stationery and supply ordering Attributes required: Possess the ability to think quickly, show initiative and have excellent problem solving skills Proficient typing and IT skills A high level of communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management, customer service and multi-tasking skills Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail Can prioritise work and able to work autonomously Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required Are well presented, punctual and reliable Hard working, driven and motivated Caring and compassionate personality Available to work during the hours 7.30am-5.00pm Monday - Friday Current drivers licence and own transport (travel to multiple locations may be required) The successful applicant will undergo comprehensive training with our Administration Manager and Front Office Coordinator and have the support of a committed and professional administration and management team.
