Hotel/Bar Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Hotel & Pub Manager to run a well-established country hotel in Coorow, WA, just 2.5 hours north of Perth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the bar, kitchen, accommodation and staff, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for locals and visitors alike. The opportunity for a leasehold arrangement exists & can be discussed for the right candidate. This would be suitable for an individual or a couple. Key Responsibilities Accommodation Management: Oversee room bookings, housekeeping, and ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Bar & Bistro Operations: Manage daily bar service, stock ordering, and ensure responsible service of alcohol (RSA). Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and roster backpacker staff while maintaining a positive and efficient team environment. Customer Service: Provide exceptional hospitality to both regular patrons and visitors. Financial & Stock Management: Oversee cash handling, budgets, and stock control to ensure profitability.
