Drift is located at ‘The Bluff’ Beach in Devonport, Tasmania and is a short tennis ball throw away from crashing waves and incredible views over Bluff Beach and headland. FB: /driftbeachsidebrunch INSTAGRAM: @driftbeachsidebrunch About the role Working as a member of our front of house team, you'll be engaging with our guests to provide exceptional customer service and producing great coffee, fresh juices and smoothies at our beachside cafe. Our opening hours are 6:30am-4pm 7days per week- no split shifts or night work required. Desirable skills experience Our ideal candidate would: Have barista experience in a high volume, fast paced setting or have a minimum of 1 years barista experience which can be quickly expanded on Have some general front of house experience at a busy cafe/restaurant Approach their days with a ‘can do’ positive attitude Be able to work calmly, quickly and methodically under pressure while maintaining a high level of service for our guests at all times Experience training and managing staff What you'll get in return Work in a unique beachside location within a supportive and encouraging environment with our tight knit positive team.
