The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager, and assists with: Creating a safe and secure working environment Achieving Store Sales Targets Managing both Store & Team Member KPIs Providing Talent Management & Development to all Team Members Leading by Example Complying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Procedures & Instructions WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 Years Experience in Retail Management Experience Working Towards KPI’s & Budgets Experience with Inventory Management Experience working in the Automotive industry is advantageous but not essential Authentic Passion for Customer Service Eagerness to Continuously Learn WHAT WE ARE OFFERING In return, we offer competitive salaries , as well as provide continuous training & support with career development opportunities.
