Quality Checker/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: - Quality Inspection: Oversee and ensure the quality of all incoming and outgoing stock, as well as the packaging materials within the warehouse. - Team Supervision: Manage and supervise a predominantly male workforce in a warehouse setting, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. - Rule Enforcement: Implement and enforce warehouse rules and regulations to maintain a disciplined and efficient working environment. - Reporting: Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies to management promptly. Experience and Qualifications: - Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Afrikaans. - Experience: Proven experience in a quality control or supervisory role within a warehouse environment, preferably in the manufacturing sector dealing with chemical, packaging, and cleaning products. - Personal Attributes: Strong personality with the ability to enforce rules and maintain discipline among staff.
