Assistant Manager (Farm Stall & Deli)

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Support to the Management Team - Managing the Front of House Team - On the floor presence and guest services - Assisting customers - Assisting with the cashiers - Assisting with product displays - Stock management - Stock receiving and checking of goods - Ordering and receiving of produce for the establishment Criteria of the role: - At least 5 years experience in a similar role (hospitality / retail) - Stock control and stock receiving skills - A sound knowledge of food and beverage offerings - Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken) is essential - A team player with a warm and engaging personality - Reliable transport essential Note that consideration will only be given to applicants who have experience in a similar role in the industry and who are currently resident in close proximity to the Grabouw / Elgin Valley
