Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

What Youll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Adventure): Be the warm, professional voice on the other end of the line or inbox. Help customers find their perfect product match (dont worry full training provided). Process orders like a machine (a friendly one). Team up with the external sales crew to make magic happen. Keep your product knowledge sharp and your customer service sharper. Make every customer feel like theyre your favourite (even if its Monday). Youll Totally Nail This Role If You Have: ✠A matric certificate ✠2 years of experience in sales, admin, or customer service ✠The ability to multitask without crying ✠Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup is not a type of yoga but you know that, and you dont even need to be on this level to apply) ✠A friendly, confident manner in person and in writing ✠A positive attitude thats kind of contagious ✠Your own reliable way to get to Paarden Eiland Bonus points if you know a thing or two about specialised equipment but if not, our clients got your back with training.
