Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Full creditors and debtors management Reconciliation of accounts General bookkeeping and administrative tasks Maintaining accurate financial records Working on the Xero Accounting system (advantageous) Providing excellent customer service and support Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and stakeholders Minimum Criteria: Matric with financial accreditation Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role (15 years preferred) High level of computer literacy Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans (read, write, speak) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with Xero Accounting System is a strong advantage Hours of work: : 3 days per week from 08h00 12h00
