Solution Selling: Collaborate with our expert technical pre-sales team to offer innovative AV solutions tailored to client needs. Lead Proposals & Presentations: Develop and present compelling proposals and quotes that showcase our cutting-edge AV products and solutions. Team Collaboration : Work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional service for every client. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice and maintain a competitive edge. Achieve Targets: Exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the business. Customer Service Excellence: Handle every client inquiry professionally and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Requirements: 2 years experience in account management or sales within the AV industry. Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including audio, video and lighting systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English as the primary language Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude. Own car essential with a valid RSA drivers license.
