Job Description
About the role Update the new and old Doctors' information on a system, sending emails and making calls to remind and request information to update the system. Key Performance Areas Data capture applications for processing on CRM system according to established procedures and guidelines. Review and validate documents supplied in line with business compliance and quality requirements, quality checks and validations. Maintain a high standard of quality in all processed work items and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly and effectively. Ensure service level targets are achieved and maintained within specified timeframes. Communicate accurately, to completion and in line with quality and compliance standards Ensure the system is updated completely and all statuses are loaded accurately. Identify discrepancies and escalate to the relevant department/s with urgency Ensure the Section Head and Management are consulted on high-impact queries Follow through on queries escalated accurately, to completeness Obtain additional information that is required by emailing the client from the CRM system Correct or resolve problems or escalate issues to Risk and Compliance or the relevant department as per SOP Complete all required administration to support effective work flow Respond to email queries on updates, applications and reviews in line with business requirements Perform additional tasks as required Specific competencies, skills & experience required South African unemployed YOUTH aged between 18 and 34 Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous) 1-2 years of previous Administration experience Proficiency in MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Intermediate level) Knowledge of CRM systems and other relevant tools (advantageous) Competencies High attention to detail Excellent process and compliance knowledge Data capturing accuracy Planning and organising, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively Results-driven and Customer service skills Flexible and able to work under pressure. Ability to process high volumes of work, meet or exceed productivity targets by effectively managing workload and utilising available resources.
