Sales Representative - Retail

My client is looking for a hands-on sales rep who knows the retail construction space. Youll work directly with merchants, grow revenue, and train staff on product rangesall while keeping shelves stocked, contractors engaged, and CRM data updated. Non-Negotiable Requirements Matric with English & Maths Valid drivers license Based in-region and willing to travel Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role Clear criminal & credit record What Youll Need Experience in building materials or construction supply Strong sales and relationship skills Solid product knowledge and confidence in training others CRM updates, basic admin, and stock merchandising know-how Able to hit daily call targets and build long-term retail partnerships
