Key Responsibilities: Support dealership service teams with technical and operational guidance Oversee warranty adjudication and ensure compliance with OEM policies Provide expert technical support for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs Identify and coordinate training initiatives for aftersales teams Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships Work closely with parts distribution teams to ensure availability and efficiency Monitor and report on key aftersales performance indicators Minimum Requirements: Diesel trade/technical qualification At least 5 years experience in a similar aftersales role within the truck industry Strong knowledge of truck service operations, warranty processes, and fleet management Willingness totravel extensivelywithin the assigned region Fluent inAfrikaans (essential for dealer and customer communication) ValidCode 8 drivers license
