He/she will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and contributing to Stellar Ace’s overall growth. Additionally, he/she will support the team with pricing strategies for all products and oversee creative outputs for both external and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. Collaborate with the in-house data team to support pricing strategies for the company's offerings. Support Business Development and Data Team in conducting market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Mentor and lead the marketing team on end-to-end marketing deliverables, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing efforts. Manage budgets and expenditures in accordance with the organization’s procurement policies. Align CX strategies with broader marketing and business goals. Analyze past project and campaign performance to improve ROI using data analytics. Develop and maintain partnerships with key advertising partners. Review inventory assets annually and when significant changes occur, ensuring classification and pricing are updated accordingly with Operations. Qualifications & Work Experience Preferably 10 years of marketing experience in B2B and B2C environments. Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields. Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical executives. Experience with planning, campaign management, and supporting technologies. Willingness to support client needs and team development through hands-on roles. Relevant experience in Media & Digital marketing, from agency or client perspectives, both online and offline. Creatively inclined with a consultative approach to creative outputs. Data-savvy with skills in analytics and insights to support business decisions. Skills Technical skills include: Strong commercial acumen to convert opportunities into business. Generic skills include: Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences. Strong analytical skills for working with data and figures. Assertiveness, independence, and analytical thinking.
